Because we are a custom cake studio, everything we make is by order only. A non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-exchangeable deposit of 50% is due at the time of the order. At that time, we are committing one of our limited custom spots to you. Therefore, we regret that we are not able to refund any money due to changes that might occur after the order is placed.
