I have to tell you again how great it was to see you and your cake at the challenge this week-end. The architectural theme for a "Buffalo Wedding " was incredible and completlely "out of the box" as the saying goes. I also have to repeat to all reading this that not enough was said about the aactual cake. It was DELICIOUS. The almond was a pefect compliment to the buttercream.
